Conditions of participation

Organizer

Unless otherwise stated, the organizer is the DLRG Ortsgruppe Celle e.V.

Registration

• Registration is only possible as described in the announcement. Participation without registration is not possible. Registration does not constitute a legal claim to participation.
• Verbal registrations are only permitted with the consent of the course leader or event leader.
• By registering, the participant accepts the conditions of participation. Additional agreements must be made in writing to be valid.
• If they have not been registered by a parent or legal guardian, underage participants must bring a written declaration of consent from their parents to the course or event.

Participation requirements

All participation requirements must be fulfilled before the start of the event and must be presented to the course leader on the first day of the course without being asked. If the participant does not meet the participation requirements, he/she cannot take part in the course. In this case, the costs will not be reimbursed.

Payment

The participation fees are to be transferred to the account of the DLRG Ortsgruppe Celle e.V. after receipt of the invoice and before the start of the event, unless otherwise stated in the course announcement.

Confirmation/cancellation of course or seminar places

1. Members of the DLRG Ortsgruppe Celle e.V. will always be given priority in the allocation of places.
2. Places will be allocated in the order in which they are received, taking point 1 into account.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation can be made up to fourteen days before the start of the event. Cancellation is no longer possible thereafter. In the event of timely deregistration, the fees paid will be refunded (unless fees have already been paid to third parties or materials have been procured).

Non-attendance or partial non-attendance does not entitle the participant to a reduction or refund of fees.

Cancellation of courses

The organizers reserve the right to cancel events at short notice if the number of participants is too low or other circumstances make it impossible to hold the event. In this case, any fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims for damages are excluded unless they are due to intent or gross negligence.

Travel expenses

All travel costs incurred (including travel and accommodation costs) are to be borne by the participant.

Image, film and sound recordings

We would like to point out that recordings made during the event may be used for internal and external public relations work by the organizers (e.g. homepage, course announcements, press reports, etc.). The participant agrees to the publication if he/she has not objected in writing by the start of the event at the latest. Image, film and sound recordings by third parties that are not for purely private purposes require the consent of the organizers.

Final provisions

These conditions apply to all events organized by DLRG Ortsgruppe Celle e.V.

Supplementary regulations may be specified in the course announcement. These apply in addition to the regulations stated here. If regulations deviating from the General Seminar Conditions are stated in the course announcement, the conditions of the course announcement shall apply.
